The Chief Group Services Security Employment Pathways Program is a major initiative to find individuals looking for a career that want to work with them to address the current Security Industry staff shortages.

PROGRAM
"In partnership with Five Star Training Academy (RTO No. 31996), the graduates of the program, which are particularly desirable recruits for our HR and Operations teams, will be offered employment.
The focus of getting individuals “job ready” takes a huge burden away from our internal processes, especially around basic inductions, workplace expectations and behaviours."
